You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is for a single user. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
Pulse AI is a general-audience professional productivity and software development tool. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account or use the Service.
You may use Pulse AI only if you meet the age eligibility requirements for your jurisdiction. Unless a stricter local law applies, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. If you are at least 13 but under the age of legal majority, you may use Pulse AI only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
During account creation, you must truthfully confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet them, you may not create an account or use Pulse AI. We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, request additional verification, or delete account data if we learn that an account does not meet these requirements.
You agree to use Pulse in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit platform services.
AI agents operate under your direction. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent-generated content before external use. Pulse does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
Your workspace data is stored locally and in your configured cloud provider. Pulse does not access your data except as required for service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You provide your own demo accesss for AI services. Pulse is not responsible for charges incurred through third-party APIs. You must comply with each provider's terms of service.
You retain ownership of all content you create. Pulse retains rights to the platform, design system, and agent frameworks. Marketplace assets are licensed per their individual terms.
Pulse is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API failures.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
