Commerce & Inventory

Inventory

Track owned add-ons, gifts, bundled items, and purchased Marketplace assets.

What Inventory answers

Inventory answers: "What do I own, why do I have it, and what can I do with it?"

It is the confirmation surface for purchased Marketplace items, gifted add-ons, starter entitlements, and capabilities included with Pulse AI.

Why an item appears

An item may appear because it was:

  • Purchased from Marketplace.
  • Gifted as part of a launch or account entitlement.
  • Included with Pulse AI.
  • Activated from an owned product or add-on.

The ownership label matters. A purchased item, a gifted add-on, and a built-in capability should not sound the same because the next action may be different.

Action paths

Inventory should make the next step clear:

  • Download means there is an installable add-on or asset.
  • Open means the item is installed or available from a connected surface.
  • Activate means the entitlement exists, but you still need to turn it on or connect it.
  • Built in means the capability ships with Pulse AI and is not a separate download.
  • Unavailable means the item is staged, blocked, or not ready for use.

If the card says an item is owned, that means the entitlement exists. It does not always mean the item is installed, active, or separately downloadable.

Included add-ons

Current user-facing add-ons include:

  • Pulse Annotate for webpage annotation, screenshots, and numbered feedback sessions.
  • Pulse Record for speech-to-text dictation and transcript workflows.
  • Pulse Narrate for spoken responses, presentation narration, and audio feedback.

Bundled or gifted add-ons should say so plainly. A bundled item is part of Pulse AI access; it is not another checkout.

Missing purchase recovery

If a paid Marketplace item does not appear in Inventory:

  1. Confirm you are signed into the same account used at checkout.
  2. Refresh Inventory after payment completion.
  3. Check whether the item is filtered out by category or ownership state.
  4. Contact support with the account email, product name, approximate checkout time, and payment reference.

Do not include card details in the support request.
