Availability
Inventory is Coming Soon. The page may be visible in the Pulse AI app shell as a launch preview, but it is not the public source of truth for paid Marketplace ownership or fulfillment today.
Marketplace purchasing is also closed, so there is no live public purchase-to-Inventory recovery path yet. Do not use a preview card as proof that an item was purchased, installed, activated, or separately downloadable.
What Inventory is designed to answer
The planned Inventory surface answers three questions:
- What does this account own or receive?
- Why is the item present?
- What action is available now?
That distinction matters because a purchased item, a gifted add-on, an included capability, and an installed tool are not the same state. The public page will not present these ownership states as operational until the account and fulfillment contracts are verified end to end.
Planned ownership and action labels
The preview establishes the intended language for future item cards:
- Download means there is an installable add-on or asset.
- Open means the item is installed or available from a connected surface.
- Activate means the entitlement exists, but you still need to turn it on or connect it.
- Built in means the capability ships with Pulse AI and is not a separate download.
- Unavailable means the item is staged, blocked, or not ready for use.
These labels describe the intended contract; they are not a promise that a preview item is currently obtainable. A future owned state must be backed by a real account entitlement, while an installed or active state requires separate product evidence.
Companion tools available today
Use the direct launch paths for current user-facing companions:
- Pulse Annotate for webpage annotation, screenshots, and numbered feedback sessions.
- Pulse Record for speech-to-text dictation and transcript workflows.
- Pulse Narrate for spoken responses, presentation narration, and audio feedback.
Pulse Annotate and Pulse Record have separate public artifacts. Pulse Narrate is included with Pulse AI and does not require a separate Inventory download. The download page and individual docs pages are the current source for access, installation, and recovery.
Future fulfillment standard
Before Inventory can be called live, Pulse AI needs to prove:
- A public Marketplace order reaches the correct account.
- Ownership persists across reload and sign-in.
- The card's action matches the actual item state.
- Duplicate purchase and unavailable-item states are clear.
- Support can recover a missing entitlement without collecting card details.
The docs will be updated when those behaviors are active and verified.
Recovery
If you are looking for Pulse Annotate, Pulse Record, or Pulse Narrate, do not wait for Inventory. Open the download page or the relevant product guide.
If you paid for a current plan, credit offer, or founding-member offer and the account state is wrong, use Billing and the private support path. Include the account email, offer name, approximate checkout time, and payment reference; never send full card details.
If a preview Inventory card makes an incorrect ownership claim, capture the item name and visible state, redact account details, and report it through support.
